Head start on fireworks
« on: July 04, 2021, 08:53:36 PM »
I got the grass mowed early and pulled out my new-to-me Kibler .54 colonial.
I've only shot it a couple times and have yet to find my go-to loading.....  but I think I'm getting close!
On paper at 25 yards 60gr of Swiss fffg was a touch low and 70 was better.  I then stretched it out to 75 yards.  I couldn't ask for any better! First shot was center and the rest were pretty close.  All shooting was done off hand.

Nice grouping.Always handy when things come together quick.

I'm contemplating a Kibler SMR in .36 or a colonial in .58 smooth.
