Made a Powder Horn
« on: May 02, 2020, 11:55:04 PM »
So i decided it was time to make my 1st horn. I went with a medium/day horn size to start out with. This is a perfect size as i donít need to carry a larger horn while hunting. The horn measures 9 1/2Ē. This was also my first time with schrimshawing. All in all i think the horn turned out nice.

Thanks guys.

Best part was i had it done in 3 days. And itís ready for Jelly Neck season. Now i just have to think on ideas for a larger horn. Maybe make the spout octigon, fancy base plug, add more schrimshaw work. Now to search for the right horn.
