It seems that BPgang and Tradgang draw some quality folks. I want to publicly thank Dave for shipping me, at his expense, several conicals for me to run through my rifle before buying a mold. Thanks again, Dave.

Wow, Doug!

First time I've ever seen my name in lights! :)

Glad to have been of service...

I would think that 320 +/- gr. hunk of lead would do well in a .50...those longer ones didn't work in my 1:60 twist GPR but in your 1:48, I'd think they would suffice.  Someone gave me a handful of the 250s and they shot right alongside the patched RBs for me, but then they're not much longer then a RB so perhaps that has something to do with it.

I only shot either of them to 50 yards as with my aged eyes, that is about as far as I'd care to shoot at a critter anymore...

Thank you for the kudos... Just trying to "pay it forward" for I've been benefited from other's generosity here

Geeze, Guys... while it's very warm and rewarding to read nice comments by others, especially from others I've never met, but---- there are MANY on this forum who do way more then I!!!  Huntschool, Eric, Rob, have all taken ME under wing and taught & shared with me much, especially ROB, so it seems incumbent on me to pass that tutelage onto others in kind whenever the opportunity might arise! 8)

Given some personal things of late, it surely is nice to read nice comments, so thanks to one and all...
