You drill those antler bits to insert the tang?

I never tried that... sawed bone once... Gag me with a spoon! :(  Nice job though and that old straight razor blade is a slick way to go!  :)

yes the antler is drilled to fit the tang.  :thumbs: nothing gets and keeps a RAZOR sharp edge like a razor

Rob likes those Helle blades with a tapered tang and drills handles for them...

I used to have an old straight razor somewhere...if'n I ever stumble across it, i'll have to keep that in mind... :)

(Since I moved, I have stuff strung from one end of the house to another and living alone, I haven't even found half the stuff yet or tucked it somewhere unpacking OTHER stuff, and now it's "lost" again! :)
