That is the red yarn on the touch hole pick( I add the cord so I will not loose the hand made pick)

Aha...I have one of those given to me...Guitar string that is RINGED to better clean the touch hole I'm told... I have it secured to the trigger guard with artificial sinew...

That's pretty slick set up ya got there...

That gun has the look of one made in the 70s or 80s, is it that old?

The inside of the barrel channel has the markings 1-97 I believe that's  the date
