Man,

That Group MUST be in NW MT cause that's the only part of that state I saw what was ever that green!!

Well, there was one year I lived out there we had great snow/ melt and then spring rains and folks complained it was "...So green it made their eyes hurt!" ;D :D 8)

Gotta love MT humor!

Instructive...see stuff you'd never see otherwise.

Last year, here our MZ season was sooo dry, in PA, they'd have cancelled the season to keep people outa the woods starting fires... it was THAT dry and we had fires everywhere!

I vowed NOT to take out a MZ and spew fire out the front cause the leaf litter was what was burning in the forests.

Watching that video, those over the shoulder shots you see a lot of fire exit the muzzle and fall down to the ground...

Reinforces it was the right call...don't see that on all the shots, but a lot of them...

Curious... :0

It is in NW Montana. We're in the Kalispell area. We have four club ranges we use, but the one at the river is probably our favorite.

We were shut down on shooting due to fire danger for three months this year. Couldn't even shoot a cartridge gun it was so dry.

I guess that might be a response to my comment about it being so green?  When I lived on the East slope (HELENA Area) we had one or two years like that where it was so green, local folks commented "So green it makes your eyes hurt..." Gotta love NW humor!

I never got to spend much time up in the Banana Belt... saw it once or twice but not got out to hoof around in it...

Glacier was on my list, to fish, but never got to do that either... Se le vie...everything had changed in the Big Sky country south of Bozeman where I fly fish guided outa Big Sky area near the ski resort and up into the valley, and up Wolf Creek Canyon, when we went back and fished hard for a week... Shot Prairie dogs on the Belknap Res before flying outa Billings...
